About Us

DB & Associates, Inc. was started in 1997 by Debra, and was from the beginning a family owned and run business.  In June of that year, her daughter Heather began helping her.  The two started with a small home embroidery machine.  When the sales person helped them with that first machine, she said, "You'll be back for another within a year."  We thought she was crazy.  A month later, we were back, and bought 4 more home machines.

A year later, it took a crane to deliver the newest embroidery machine.  This time, an industrial sized 4-head embroidery machine.

Time brought changes to the small family owned business, we changed locations, and management as well.  Heather left for other opportunities after she finished her degree, and Debra purchased another company.  That left Debra's husband, Jr.  He retired from the Auto Body shop where he had worked for nearly 30 years and became the manager and #1 employee.

Jr. now solely runs the machines, handles the orders, and runs the shop.  Debra helps when needed, and Heather has even been known to stop in every once in a while, although it is often to place an order more than work on one.
